1. Broken pipe: draw a line on the selected pipe according to the on-site surveying and mapping sketch, and cut the pipe according to the line.
a. To cut the pipe with a grinding wheel saw, put the pipe on the caliper of the grinding wheel saw, align it with the drawn line and clamp it firmly, and then cut the pipe. Press the handle with even force when breaking the tube, and do not use too much force. After the tube is broken, remove the iron film and burrs on the nozzle section.
b. To cut the pipe with a hand saw, fix the pipe in the pressure pliers of the pressure table, align the saw blade with the drawn line, and push the saw with both hands. The saw blade should be kept straight to the axis of the pipe. After all, it is not allowed to twist or break to prevent the deformation of the nozzle section.
2. Threading: the broken pipes are threaded in stages according to the diameter of the pipe. Generally, those with a pipe diameter of 15-32mm are threaded twice, those with a diameter of 40-50mm are threaded three times, and those above 70mm are threaded three times. -4 times is appropriate.
a. Use the threading machine to set the thread, clamp the pipe on the chuck of the threading machine, leave an appropriate length to clamp the chuck, align the number of the plate sleeve, install the die, and align the proper position of the scale according to the diameter of the pipe. Hold the fixed trigger tightly, align the lubricant tube with the thread head, turn on the push plate, and gently release the trigger after the threaded thread is set to the appropriate length.
b. Threading with manual threading plate, first loosen the fixed trigger, return the threading plate to zero degrees, install the die according to the sequence number, align the plate with the required scale, tighten the fixed trigger, and put the pipe on the In the pressure clamp, leave an appropriate length for clamping, gently insert the threaded plate into the pipe to make it tight, then push the threaded plate with both hands, put on 2-3 buckles, and then stand on the side to pull the threaded plate, the force should be uniform, and when the threaded button is about to be set, gently release the trigger, turn on the machine and return the plate, and keep the threaded button should have a taper.
3. Assembling pipe fittings: according to the on-site surveying and mapping sketch, assemble the pipes that have been threaded and fitted with pipe fittings.
a. When assembling the pipe fittings, bring the required pipe fittings into the pipe thread buckle to test the tightness (generally, it is advisable to bring in 3 buckles by hand), apply lead oil on the thread buckle, wrap it with hemp and bring it into the pipe fittings, and then use Tighten the fittings with the pipe wrench so that 2-3 buckles are exposed from the threads, remove the numbness, wipe off the lead oil, put the number in the proper position and wait for straightening.
b. Select the appropriate pipe wrench according to the diameter of the fitted pipe fittings
4. Straightening of pipe sections: Straighten the pipe sections that have been installed with pipe fittings before installation.
a. Apply lead oil to the screw thread of the pipe section installed with the pipe fittings, and connect two or more sections. When connecting, not only the direction of the reserved opening but also the tortuosity of the pipe should be taken into account. After aligning each other, turn the direction of the reserved opening Get in place and stay upright.
b. After the pipe sections are connected, before straightening, it is necessary to check whether the pipe diameter, the direction of the reserved opening, and the diameter-changing position are correct according to the planning drawings.
c. The straightening of the pipe section should be placed on the pipe adjustment stand or the pipe adjustment platform. Generally, two people are suitable for the operation. One person is at the end of the pipe section to visually inspect, and the other person is to beat with a hand hammer at the bend and observe while beating until Straighten the pipe section without twists and turns, and mark the connection point of the two pipe sections, remove one or several sections, and then connect another section or several sections until the adjustment is completed.
d. For the tortuous or large-diameter pipes at the joints of the pipe sections, use an oven or gas welding to heat to 600-800°C (fiery red), place the pipe on the pipe rack, and roll the pipe continuously, using the weight of the pipe to make it Straighten it, or use a wooden pad to lightly tap it with a hammer to straighten it. After straightening, roll it continuously before cooling it. When the temperature is just right, apply oil to the heating place. As long as the thread is straightened by heating, it is necessary to mark the mark, remove it and apply lead oil to wrap it again, and then align the pipe section with the mark and tighten it.
e. When straightening the pipe section equipped with the valve, the valve cover should be removed first, and the valve should be cushioned before hitting to prevent the valve body from being shattered.
f. Galvanized carbon steel pipes are not allowed to be straightened by heating.
g. The pipe section is not allowed to be damaged when the pipe section is straightened.
