Anti-corrosion and thermal insulation pipeline construction When the anti-corrosion layer is constructed, the construction shall not be carried out without effective measures in rain, snow, wind and sand weather and environments with high relative humidity. The coating type anti-corrosion layer should be constructed in layers according to the regulations. The coating thickness should be uniform and free of defects such as flow, wrinkles, pinholes, hollow drums, etc., and protective measures can be taken after solid drying; the tape-type anti-corrosion layer should be constructed strictly Control the construction temperature well and prohibit over-temperature heating.
When the thickness of the insulation layer of the anti corrosive and thermal insulation pipeline is greater than 100mm, the construction shall be layered. The insulation construction of non-horizontal pipelines should be carried out from bottom to top. The overlap between the moisture-proof layer and the maintenance layer should be pressed up and down, and the overlap width should not be less than 30mm. For prefabricated insulation pipes with alarm lines, the alarm line should be tested before the installation. The size of the broken condition and resistance value should meet the requirements of the product, and the pipe should be welded after being qualified. The alarm line should be above the pipeline. Once the alarm line is damp, it should be dried by preheating and baking. The interface of the directly buried insulation pipe should be inspected for the tightness of the maintenance shell before the insulation repair can be carried out.
