Fire fighting pipe

Fire fighting pipe is a type of normal carbon steel pipe used to convey fire suppression agent such as water or gas. Usually it is red in color. But light-wall pipes have a galvanized exterior of a silvery appearance. Installation of red steel pipe is limited to wet pipe sprinkler systems only. Installation of galvanized pipe is allowed in wet and dry pipe sprinkler systems (including preaction pipe sprinkler systems).

In case fire pipe installed sub ground, welding is the strongest option, which could use double metal weld and damage free, in this way to prevent the problems that caused by epoxy coating damages or the pipeline cracks from geological subsidence.

Fire pipe that with internal and external epoxy coating, is using the modified heavy epoxy powder, which has good chemical corrosive resistance.
